Checked with my doctor and he said I can start very mild exercise. I've not been able to exercise cos I started having exercise induced Polymenorrhea at 7mounts after my 1st baby. So am happy I can do cycling.

My scales cause me big problems the dam things just can not tell the truth.
To prove my point, I stood on them this morning and they told me I was XXX lbs and I could not believe it.
To get my weight down a little I got on them again but this time I stood on only one leg.
Now believe it or not the stupid scales told me I was still XXX lbs.
See, can't trust them can I ?
