Monday..Monday at work. Didn't have anything for Breakfast..as usual but I said screw it and bought the absolute worse thing to eat from the snack machine at 9:00 in the morning. A small bag of Ruffles Sour Cream and Cheddar chips (240 calories). I call them Crack Chips but I've reduced my incident of usage to about 1 bag a week. I think I can defeat this monkey on my back but I need to know the monkey is losing power.

I ate them really really slowly. Kind of like my last few cigarettes I smoked before I committed myself to quitting years ago. Savoring every crumb..every drag! And there's no going back.

Well it's really not that serious but a little drama never hurt.

Do you like protein shakes? I never used to believe in the whole breakfast thing, but I do try to do the protein thing in the morning. It does help. Hope the rest of the day improves for you!

Protein shakes will definitely help as a meal replacement - I also enjoy Special K pastry crisps (they have a wide variety of flavors) and they are only 100 calories for two.

I believe in breakfast when it's bacon and eggs. I don't get the whole pancake and bread thing. The waitress at the local family restaurant understands double bacon when it comes to BLTs and Omelets and I don't have to explain why. I'm considering the protein shakes just to see how it affects my weight loss. It's worth a try and it won't contain all the fat.

Man, I totally get you. To me, breakfast is bacon and eggs, lunch is a sandwich and chips and dinner is a steak and potatoes. LOL. How things have changed!
