So... I tried tofu today for the first time. I really liked it. It was a spicy preparation with chili flakes. I didn't really know how it was prepared, it looked fried but was probably not. I only had a couple of pieces (I figured 2 oz). I think I need to search out some menus here and start preparing it at home.
We have a FIT cafe at the office which does an excellent job of offering healthy meals. They also have baskets of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables which I love in case I need something for dinner that night.
For all of you who use a Body Media fit, you will get a laugh out of this...I was in a little bit of a hurry this morning so in my haste I jumped in the shower, about 5 minutes into it I look down and see I forgot to take off my BMF. CRAP...I rip it off and toss it out of the shower. I hear it beep so I think it is ok... I got home tonight and immediately synch'd it up and it worked...PHEW, didn't want to think I threw that money down the drain due to stupidity!
Tomorrow is going to be a tough day food wise, it is late now and I haven't planned a single meal yet. I have an all day off site meeting and have to be at the office an hour earlier. I think it will be protein drink for brkf, salad for lunch, shrimp & broccoli for dinner.
