Going to do five days of Body Fortress Protein Drink for breakfast, and lunch, then eat a low calorie dinner.
This makes no sense. Go through surgery and NOTHING!
If I sew my mouth shut and Crook the weight will come off.
I am working out, walking 1-2 miles a day and what? NOTHING. I get on the scale and I gain. Not giving up! I feel horrible. Gasping for air all the time. Some days my clothes are so tight on me, (water retention). Today throwing away all salt in my house.

I heard that if you don't eat enough calories, your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose weight, and might actually gain weight. You might want to look it up and see if its true, because maybe its why you aren't losing weight.
