OMG! What a wonderful day. Woke up not feeling the best. I'm still watching the grandkiddies with grandpa. They are so adorable. Especially Michael. Such a smart little man.

I thought I had my meals planned out, but lo and behold... ~sigh~ Now tonight we're going to the local Mexican food mart and have their taco dinners. I plan on eating only two tacos and half the rice and beans they put on the plate. That should help. I'm happy I'm getting more fiber in my diet and more protein. I really need more dairy, veggies and fruit. Haven't felt all that hungry. Yaaaaaaayyyy!

Took a nap after lunch and slept a long, long time! I really wasn't feeling so very good. I feel better now. Maybe I didn't get enough sleep! I still need to do my fifty crunches for the challenge. Will do before bed.

Yay! Just got back from Sizzler's Steakhouse and wow! Nice surprise. I got the unilimited salad bar and pretty much stuck to the salad fixin's. The worst thing I chose there (imo) was the guacelmole, but at least it's loaded with nutrition and good fats. Just what the doctor ordered to reduce abdominal fats. :)

We'll see how I really did once I put it in my food journal. Here's wishing me luck! Okay. Not as bad as I thought. I was below my recommended RDI which is 1800 cal/day, but over MY chosen RDI wich is 1700 cal/day. Not spazzing yet... :-D
