well,it's not as bad as it has been the past couple of days,but it's bad enough simply because it's a gain. have to call the doctor again today due to my little problem returning...AGAIN!!!! andy said it's a wonder i haven't wasted away. i didn't do any exercising last week except for walking on friday,and it felt soooo good just to get out. i took claire with me,and i could tell she was enjoying herself,too.she took a nap before i was even halfway done.had a setback with potty training so that's had me stressed, but i can get over it just like she will! she's doing really good considering i've only been working with her 3 weeks.
i will get back on track this week if it kills me. i'll exercise no matter how bad it gets.and i have got to get back to my water,too.i've been heavy on the diet cokes here lately. wish me luck!(my little girl just climbed up in my lap-that alone is enough encouragement for today!8-),but i'll take all i can get.
