💓 Day 144 💓

Holidays have begun and frankly speaking, I drank wine 🍷 only on Friday. After a working week I was so tired and exhausted... Usually I have a bad sleep during a week but when I drink, I sleep well... This time I drank 2 bottles... and I even did not remember how I came home and how I was in my bed ... My dad watched that .. oh gosh.. I was really embarrassed 😳 for my behaviour... He said that I have a system of drinking and I am an alcoholic ☹️ Now I don’t want to drink alcohol more... maybe this case will be my lesson and almost I have a long break ... 🤷🏼‍♀️ I am frustrated and I think that I need to have time not to drink more ...
