Out of curiosity I measured my waist and i lost 2” I had to pick my jaw up of the floor I was so shocked then I measured my bum and I lost 3” off my bum! It’s been 13 days since I measured... I measure once a month and weigh in once a week on Mondays. Wow I’m so proud of myself. I promised my boys I would loose this weight and get healthy once and for all and when I make a promise especially to my boys I keep it!
