Changing to my own personal diet from the Abs diet. Trying to keep the overall net calories to 1500 calories minus any calories burned during an aerobic work out. The calories I get for resting or driving or even playing badminton don't count. I've played badminton, do you really burn calories playing badminton?

I am trying to stay away from processed foods and "bad" carbs as best as possible and keep a 30:30:40 ratio of fat, protein and carbs.
