I am struggling this week, I feel like I have reached a bit of a plateau with my weight loss. I continue to eat clean and stick at the same reduced caloric intake but the numbers are not really moving. While I know it is just a number it is still a bit disheartening. I will keep on pushing and look at how to switch things up. Tomorrow is another day!

Have you tried a more metabolic confusion approach? I find I lose a lot better if I go over my calorie limit once or twice a week. :D good luck tomorrow!

I hear you! Try drinking lots of water and simply eat lean food ie ground beef or ground turkey,broccoli and green beans and don’t eat carbs at night.
