omg i just took a new job promoting cheese and today was the first day. which equaled lots of cheese tasting which completely blewww my calories for the day. also ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the office for training, i didn't too too bad but definitely need to make healthier choices for tomorrow! i will be going on the road so i will really need to figure out how to keep up my healthy eating while eating out a lot and living in a hotel. this can be challenging but it is my goal to continue a heathy lifestyle and to make smart choices each day. i can do it!

LOL! Sounds like a great job for a cheese lover like me. It's harder to control things on the road but one of the good things is that once you order you can't keep going back for seconds... and thirds. Keep up the great work HollywoodO.

thank you for the encouragement! i have been good about recording but with all the training this week for my new job = lots of food/dinners out/etc. it is hard to eat as healthy as i do at home in a restaurant. i am going to have to get on a plan though and figure out some low cal things to order when out and living in a hotel room. i will definitely be getting creative! i just need to be flexible this week and watch portions and get on a good plan for the future. and also lay off the cheese samples - no, no, no!
