Things have definitely slowed down haven't exercised for three days this week, and enjoyed myself too much. BUT I still recorded a loss today, not much but a little one. Its still working so there you go, I'm a pound under target and would still like to get down to 170 if I could so we'll see, maybe another pound before valentine's day
