Well, plans change as they did last night. I thought I was going to have one thing for a meal, but as it turns out, my beautiful stepdaughter invited me and hubby over for tacos!
I brought along my salad just in case she fried the tortillas like hubby. Shouldn't have worried, because she did fry some, but left some to be heated a la microwave. There were plenty of beans to eat along with the tacos, too, so all in all I did pretty well.
The downer is I ate ice cream and cake, but MODERATELY, when I wanted to dive face first into the goodies! :oD Still pattin' myself on the back!
Alright! Today, I did much better, but should have had a more nutritious lunch and not skipped breakfast. Tomorrow's meals are all planned out, to that's a big plus. Get to babysit the grandkids tomorrow, so yeah! What a great day this is going to be!
I'm gonna get into the shower and get cleaned up, then have my 1 scoop of ice cream! :)
Oh, yeah! Did my Kruncher's challenge today at my abs HURT! What a great feeling! Oh, and watched a YouTube video recommended by a member on scientific tips to lose weight. I'm really gonna give them a try and see what happens. It was all very, very interesting.
