Thank you. It really seems to boost my moods or maybe I’m just proud of myself for moving... either way I love it and I have more energy. I have a bad back and need surgery on it but I have a blood clotting condition that completely complicates the surgery... and now corona so surgery is on pause for now. I had just had surgery on my neck the surgeon was starting from the top... my neck is made up of cadaver bones and discs etc plus a fusion. What I’m trying to get at is that I was pretty immobile and in bed often so I didn’t know I could do any good exercises besides in water. I’m so happy that I gave it a try and that I can do it.
