Hi 🙋🏾♀️ so today I just did it sweet and simple. I know a lot of people tend to go for lower kcal options but I used the normal Doritos (since I calorie count). I fill it with tomato, pepper, onion, spring onion and chilli (sometimes I add some sauce to it) and give it a good mix. You can also add chicken, beef or bacon if you’d like. Then I layer it in cheese and bake. If my calories allow, sour cream and avo are good additions to it as well. 👀
