@Sheilabutler428 you can get there! Your progress is motivating... in 2016 I was 261 and I was in intensive care with blood clots in my lungs... several blood clots. I have one biological son and then 2 more sons from another mom that I love and care for as mine. I was so scared that I wouldn’t be here for the or futures that it kicked me into high gear getting well. I had gotten down to 187 and got comfortable and then on Jan.25,2021 I had a physical and my weight was 210 and I had bad blood work come back pre-diabetic, elavated levels in kidneys and liver. I also was diagnosed with both types of sleep apnea central and obstructed and so many other conditions that I have and I about to turn 38. After my physical on 1/25 I started my lifestyle change and then a few days later my doctor called with the bad blood work results and then I had told me family and I made a promise to my boys to loose this weight and get healthy. I am not reliable to myself when I make a promise (yes that needs to change) BUT when I make a promise to my boys then it’s happening no matter what!
