These last few days, I have neglected to do some workouts and I feel like crap about it. I just wish I didn't have so many things going on where I could feel like I had ample time to do everything. I also know I need to stop making excuses. How nice would it be to fit into cuter clothes instead of looking like huge in everything? I just need to get up in the morning and do a workout and then I am done for the day instead of mentally making excuses all day.
