ok so it is possible to just have 3 glasses of wine and stick to the vegetables when eating but not by me last night!! Food wise other than a handful of crisps, two small pieces of cheese oh and the the piece of brownie to die for (arghhhh slowly coming back to me...) Mostly it was the bottle of wine - at least one whole to me if not more so bad so what I didnt want to do, such a bloody lack of control.
Now feel hung over and yuck but so ready to stick to plan. I have four weeks ahead with no big social events so I will be good and as of tomorrow I will start my exercise dvd again and am almost excited about the good feeling the exercise will give me :)
