I’m in the same boat. Started the military diet with my mother in law on Monday.. started my period later the day and I’m too scared to hop on the scale as you’re naturally heavier during this time and my mother in law lost 2kg and now I have to wait a few days otherwise I also get super demotivated... #soooo_annoying
