I feel you. I’m stuck in between the 70 - 72 bracket for what feels like forever. The day I see the 60s, I might faint. You can do this. 💗🎈

I also feel you guys. I'm stuck within the 80-82 bracket. I will probably die a young death when I get to the 70's and stay there. I got to 79.something for a young minute in November, but December happened lol. I've been stuck for a while now , at first I thought it was a plateau so I wasn't really panicking. But it's been more than a month , so I went back to assessing if I was consistently in a deficit and I realised that I wasn't . There are days where I wouldn't track at all, sometimes I didn't track the bites , the licks , the sauces , oils and handfuls of chips when I'm giving my neice a treat, and those calories matter too . Since I've been aware of that, I'm making better decisions and the scale had started moving again
