I just don't know what to do here. I am keeping calories at apprx. 800 to 900 calories. I am walking, exercising, and still the weight will not go below 200. This makes no sense. I have followed the diet 100%. Yet every night I come home from work, I am usually five pounds heavier then when I weighed in the morning. Protein grams are higher then anything. How do I shock the old metabolism into starting again?
