**BEWARE, a rant about the goodness of exercise.
I had a really long day at work today which lead me to coming home hungry, tired, and weak. After eating a salad and some beans, I felt a tiny bit better for about an hour but then after that I felt like utter crap. Not to mention my boyfriend was sick all day with either food poisoning or the flu (so maybe I was getting sick too?) But begruginqly I got up and went to the gym to do my remaining 40 minutes of cardio for the day. The first 10 mins on the treadmill were hell, I wanted to stop because I felt like I was going to get sick. With perseverance and support from the love of my life I kept with my workout. And of course I felt cured of my weak, sick feeling to leaving with an energized feeling. I think it is important to remember that not only is exercise good for my goal but also my over all well being. I think that is some what put to the side when weightloss is the main focus.
