I still can't seem to stop eating things I know I shouldn't. I am still not eating as any calories as I did before. Maybe when it warms up some and I can get out and exercise I will do better. I am moving from apartment to a house with a yard so I will get more exercise. I will give it that much time and then may have to do something else.
