When on vacation, you enjoy yourself and make tough decisions.

Today, we forged out in a significant rain/wind storm to the hotel gym just across the way. It was wet and wild. Made it and toweled off before the workout. Masks required, so we hit the treadmills and the weights for a 90 minute breathing challenge.

Another highlight was food. We went to Costco and got health forward food for breakfast to start the day right. Spinach egg bites, protein shakes, apples. Fiber and protein galore! Dinner was a different story. Come to find out the happy hour burger at Cheesecake Factory is amazing and the Cheesecake ain’t bad either 😁

Agreed! Definitely off the home plan, but making it work in paradise. One more day until we are back to the grind!
