Today I went to lunch with my son at Sicily's!! I ate too much! but I sure didn't eat as much as I usually do!! here goes:
Large salad lettuce eggs ham pickles brocoli cheese 1000 dressing
3 small slices of pizza (didn't eat the bottom of 1/2) 2 bread stick (didn't eat the bottom of one) small scoop of pasta W/ crawfish
2 diet cokes
about 800 to 900 calories im guessing. Im attempting to skip dinner tonight because of it.
I immedaitely needed to go to the bathroom. Thing are changing in there:)
DO want to do that too often (not ever)feel ssssoooo guilty.
need some motivation. getting stuck. pray for me.
