Today I went to lunch with my son at Sicily's!! I ate too much! but I sure didn't eat as much as I usually do!! here goes:

Large salad
lettuce
eggs
ham
pickles
brocoli
cheese
1000 dressing

3 small slices of pizza (didn't eat the bottom of 1/2)
2 bread stick (didn't eat the bottom of one)
small scoop of pasta W/ crawfish

2 diet cokes

about 800 to 900 calories im guessing. Im attempting to skip dinner tonight because of it.

I immedaitely needed to go to the bathroom. Thing are changing in there:)

DO want to do that too often (not ever)feel ssssoooo guilty.


need some motivation. getting stuck. pray for me.

Carline, trust me I know exactly what you are going through. You have to stay conscious of everything that goes in your mouth as well as be alert to the triggers that will cause you to binge. That takes alot of energy and for a while you are going to feel like you are on an emotional roller coaster as you withdraw from the amount of food you have been eating. This will not last forever and it will be worth it. This part of your journey will not be easy but if I can do it you can as well. I would love some company on this journey, but you have to make the first step.
