Recipe for Cauli Mash
1 Cauli floret
5 cloves of garlic
Parmesan Cheese
A small nob of butter
A little milk
Salt and pepper
Boil or steam Cauli and garlic together, once soft, add in your Parmesan cheese, butter and milk, salt and pepper. Mash altogether and then put into a blender for a smoother consistency. This is yummy

Turkey Chilli
Coconut oil
1 onion
Lean turkey mince
1 red pepper
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 can of black beans
2 teaspoons cumin
4 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoon oregano
2 stock cubes
Add a little coconut oil, add ur chopped onion, ur chopped red pepper.. fry until translucent. Add in ur turkey, fry until no longer pink.. then add ur cumin, chilli powder, oregano and canned tomatoes. Add in ur stock cubes, then ur black beans. Let it simmer on low until everything is nicely combined. Garnish with coriander and a little cheese or avocado or sour cream

You need to Roast your cauliflower with some olive oil salt pepper and cumin! Delicious!
