I really think your carb counts on your food log are off. I make my food all homemade and you just guess how it was made and with what Guess I'll have to put up with it because I don't know how to take each ingredient and break it down into a 1 cup serving. Will take the carb count with a grain of salt.

Do you not have a scale. You can log everything in grams which is a very accurate measure as long as you weigh. I make my food as well and that is what I do when I do not want to guess

If you’re going to get that precise, you need to use a scale vs measuring cups which can vary and you can even fill differently from day to day. Or you can do reasonable effort and relax a little. I do both, just depends.
