Doing a 23 hour fast today.. this was my last meal. I will break tmrw at 12. Super excited to see results soon!! I’ve lost all my weight from fasting, not necessarily eating clean but this time around I’m going for a clean fast💃🏻

Wow, longest I've fasted was 16 hours. That meal definitely looks fitting as "last meal".

It was quite difficult but managed to pull through 💃🏻 It’s my last 5kgs to go... so trying my best

That looks delicious. all the best on your fast! I'm starting my 22 hour fast at 3pm. i totally agree that intermittent fasting is a sustainable way to lose weight. I'm losing steadily and not always hungry. it certainly fixes one's relationship with food.
