Today I bought a new scale a digital one but this bladdy things says I weigh 100.8 kg so ill monitor my weight on both scales

No 2 scales are the same, pick one and go with it but also do your measurements. The scale is just a number, the truth is in the measuring as you get into more exercise and build up muscle plus tone. Don't get all hung up on the number on the scales, even how your clothes fit is a better indicator of how your doing. Besides, half the time the scales lie!
