Well, yesterday was a bust...I tried to stay within my calories, but I think from so many days of not eating, I was so incredibly hungry that I ate everything! And today, we are having a super bowl party and Tuesday is my son's birthday.. so I am trying to find a way to be strong and I am feeling a little weak! I been trying not to eat much all day just so I can have a little food and alcohol later on but honestly, I am soooo not in the mood to have anyone over my house... I have been feeling bummed lately and I just wish that my feelings would not go unnoticed. =
