Hi , I'm not trying to bulk up . I'm trying to lose weight but I want to grown lean muscle simultaneously so I try to increase my daily protein intake to at least 80-100 g . I also use the nutritech whey protein powder as it's a convenient way of increasing my protein intake. We other "real food " that's affordable and convenient could I use that's high in protein

So initially I lost alotta weight, I used shakes, tuna and egg whites to drop from my initial 105kg to 77kg, to increase muscle mass you need to keep your calories as low as possible with double your body in Grammys for protein IE if you weigh 50kg you need 100g of protein a day with as little calories as possible
Honestly for me tuna is the best option to achieve these leaan gains because the protein content is great and the calories are very low, make sure you're using the tuna in water and watch out for hidden calories like oil and sugars...

Well chicken breasts is the most common always try and shop around for best price, otherwise tuna same thing look for best price do your homework...
