I calorie count, so I eat everything as long as I don’t exceed around 1300-1400 calories. Obviously when I was bigger I was allowed more, as I’ve lost weight, I’ve had to cut more calories. With exercises, I walk as often as I can, but I’m still trying to push myself to be more active🙈

Thanks so much for responding...also doing calorie counting... But a bit scared as I changed from keto which I did last year... Didn't work too well for me.. Used to lose well the first week and then really slow thereafter... Figured calorie counting did the same for me so might as well do something I enjoy and that's more flexible...

@lessthan15, I think that slow weightloss is the same for everyone 😂 I lost really well at the beginning and now I have to FIGHT for it. But I agree, calorie counting is flexible and I think it’s a more long term solution .. I am sure you’re doing great 💛
