I doubled my total carbs yesterday just by eating one tortilla. It had 19 total carbs and 6 net carbs but I will not be doing that again! I still kept my net carbs pretty low, but wow! Just made creamed cauliflower for the first time and it was so much better than I expected!

Those dang tortilla shells. They're so skinny. The problem is, you won't be for long if you start choking those down. :)
