I switched to Keto due to the Diabetes and unable to maintain a blood sugar under 140. I started last Monday, all week my blood sugars are between 80-110 tops, this is before and after eating. My goal is to get below 250 and then switch to healthier eating eliminating carbs and any processed foods<--They are the true killer.
