I felt like I ate all day yesterday - lots of food. The only thing I did a bit off plan was adding sunflower seed bread to go along with a black bean and avocado omelet. Even with that, my net carbs squeaked in at just under 100 g. I stayed the same but felt like I was feasting on healthy food all day.

Hey Joemel, do you have an atkins book? I know that your suppose to have 20 grams of net carbs a day. I had the same problem when I start this programs. What I have learned is eat protein and fat more then carbs, I usually stay below 20 grams of net carbs a day and I exercise to help reduce my weight. I'm not a very big eater but I do try to eat 3 times a day. I have been losing weight since I change some things around. The atkins book does help out a whole lot, If you have any questions just email me!! your doing grea.

I support kimmy's points. I have to keepmy carbs low and overall calories low to lose weight these days...... it was not that way when I just started. I am regrouping even now and will likely lower my RDI again.
