So basically during the cutting phase the only macro target I had was 140g protein a day which I easily achieved with diet shakes, tuna and chicken. I aimed to keep my calories as low as possible so I consumed cooked egg whites for snacks as there is literally no calories in that, I cut out all sugar content, and my meals consisted mostly of veg and salad goods also low in kcal. Sooo daily i would spend between 1000 to 1500 calories. Because most items were very low in calories I achieved my goal of 77kg and I use to weigh between 100 and 110kg... My training of course made a huge difference I invested in a smart watch to ensure I am in a calorie deficit everyday and that really is a must have for weight loss... Also I drink alot of black coffee also helped alot... Hope that helps bud??? 😁
