I love snacking! The 1st and 2nd week seemed easy...now I’m struggling to keep it at bay. I feel like I’m going to get miserable because I want crisps and biscuits and junk food 😥😥😥 I really want to eat clean and healthy but this is hard. I hope this has something to do with hormones 🤔 just normal monthly hormones. Any advice on what to do about hormonal cravings?

Change the way you snack or look for low calorie options. Miss the crunch? Have carrot and Celery sticks dipped in hummus or peanut butter. Even some peanuts will replace chips well

I’m sorry to hear that. If you are calorie counting, you can still have your treats and add them to your diary so that you don’t go over your RDI. I follow calorie counting and have lost close to 16 kgs without cutting out any of my junk. I still have my occasional McDonald’s and Steers and have to have Nutella and cookies everyday, I just make sure to add them to my diary so that I am still eating in a deficit. Hope this helps. Yes, clean eating is great, but you’re only human and you do need to treat yourself. ❤️

try substitute crisps with popcorn as for a treat.. also you can use nuts some dark chocolate or fruit for with yogurt.. also you can allow a cheat day once a week.. eat clean and lean 6 days a week and then save a few hundred calories each day to enjoy those treats..

it's difficult for me too at times. I have PCOS, but I know how great I am going to feel once I am in the Grove and the weight just falls off like water. we need to keep going...
