I went up a pound today. It seems like every time I eat the fish stuffed with crabmeat, I gain a pound. LOL. I'm not worrying because I know I was well below my calorie intake and ate a healthy dinner. I tried to add a few calories in my day with fat free pretzels for a snack (I was working late.). I'm going to try to get up to 1000 calories each day. Also, I'm going to decrease my wine from 10 oz to 5 oz (except on the weekends).

Looking at your weight graph… you are doing great & steadily heading in the right direction. We all have daily weight fluctuations of much more than a lb depending on fluids, fluid retention, what we ate recently, when we last ate, etc. I actually try to only weigh once or twice a week because the daily fluctuations were driving me crazy, but everyone is different & many prefer to weigh daily.
