Nearly a week into my fast 800 diet. It is extreme and its been tough but so far I've lost 4 pounds and feel very different. Following the Mediterranean diet has encouraged me to eat some of the healthiest food I have ever eaten in my life! Having a non 800 day today as its my boyfriends birthday. Back on track tomorrow
