I have now lost my first stone, I am losing it slowly but surly and I am happy with my progress.
My wife has been very supportive and while the diet is hardwork I am still as motivated today as I was when I started it.
I still need to get into the habit of doing exercise, but have started to address it and I am heading into this week positive.
