Four days with no weight loss. Thankfully, I'm down a pound today. Gotta keep that momentum moving! Reduced my calories for the week. Under 1,700 yesterday and under $1,500 on Monday. Seems to be helping. LOVE my new mini-cucumber snacking discovery. I had FOUR of them yesterday, and it was only 28 calories! Also made another discovery. I LOVE NUTS (that's not the discovery!) In a couple of the Atkins meals, I like to add an ounce of cashews (Cheesy Chicken Risotto, Crustless Chicken Pot Pie). That adds almost 200 calories to the meal though. The REASON I like to add nuts is because I LOVE for things to crunch. SO, I looked up water chestnuts as a possible alternative and found that I can have an ounce of THEM in my meals, and it will only add THIRTY calories. Looking forward to trying it for dinner tonight. Well, that's my world.
