I made battered snoek in the air fryer, it was the most amazing. Batter = 1/2 c coconut flour, 1 egg and 1/2c almond milk then added Cajun spice (gluten-free) 👌

that looks incredible! It looks like it is from one of those corner cafes, that use way too much oil, wrap the fish and chips in paper but is oh so good! I feel like I need to get an airfryer now... 😋
