Can someone please advice, on the app there is a sleep goodie...I think mine is not correct how do I set it just for 8 hours sleep.....can't seem to get it right.......lol don't quite understand how that works.

You might be thinking that the total time is for sleep, but if you expand that field it will show that it's set at 8 hours as a default and the rest of the time is 'rest'. You can go in and adjust those if you want to.
