On the menu for tonight!!!!! Beef Bulgogi

I use Splenda instead of sugar, which tones down the calories a bit. This wonderfully marinated meat served on a bed of rice has my mouth watering already!

Beef Bulgogi
1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
5 tablespoons lite soy sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons white sugar Splenda
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
