It’s healthy Soya veg bake.
On Tuesday I am fasting so I don’t eat meat.
I’m currently on a keto diet ( sort off)for about two weeks now.
This bake has Swty potato, pumpkin, zucchini , cauliflower and soya sausages. All made in air fryer with spices such as garlic flakes, chives, cayenne pepper and thyme.
When it’s done I added one teaspoon on melted butter and chilli so that it’s not too dry from the air fryer
It is then baked for 2 mins with minimal mozzarella and house cheese with bread crumbs
Tastes delicious
