The scale has been stuck at the same thing for the last two days, but it is what it is. I know the water weight is gone now, and the weight will come off more slowly now that I am firmly into induction. Just have to keep on keepin' on. God knows the weight didn't come on over night (more like 6 years), so it certainly isn't going to come off over night either.

I have joined a couple of the FS challenges to hold me accountable, and have also joined one here at school as well (I teach). The challenge at school is of the "Biggest Loser" variety, with cash attached to the prize, so you can't beat that right? Now I literally have my eye on the prize- the cash prize! :) After all, all of the extra money I get or have is going into our Disney Dollar jar, so this would be a great boost to that.

One of my new year resolutions this year was to get my butt up and out there to run a 5k, and I am starting out on the path to get there as well. A huge group of people, myself included, have signed up to do a BlackLight run here in Chicago in August, and though it is just short of a 5k (.1 mile off), it will work nonetheless.

The winds of change are blowing in 2014, and this will be MY year!

That's the way to look at it. Staying the same weight for a few days or more is normal (if not frustrating). Just keep at it!
