Well, Im still under 10 pounds. Ill weigh in officially on Thursday. My abd and crotch are aching lately. Sciatica is still a pain. I bought 2 videos off amazon: FitMama and some 10 minute diddy by nancy popp. I dont recall that one. I dont do much because of the sciatica, but it wont kill me to lift weights and work out in short spurts...especially with a 2.5 and 4 year old running around...the younger one still needs mommy frequently :) Im trying my best to ignore calories more than carbs. Im sure Im less than 2000 cal/day, but Im keeping the carbs to a minimum..for me that might be 40-50/day. I have a choice to stuff my face with junk food or healthy food. This time around, I dont want to spend my summer fat and hot.
