Ok so week 2 and I only lost 1 f#@king pound...so not impressed. I wonder could 2 glasses of wine make that much of a difference? I didnt cheat at all other than that!! ugh. Angry at myself.
Doesnt help that I am pmsing as well.

Determined to lose these last freaking 8lbs!!!!!!!!

You can do it. You have already shown you have great physical self discipline with your running, this is just a different application.

I found that losing the last 10 pounds to get to my maintenance weight was tough - it took me about six weeks to lose it, and I just wanted to get there! I wouldn't be angry at yourself; you are making great progress. You will get there.

You are doing great. You don't have much to lose so a pound is a huge amount. Many people eek out a half a pound or less with those last pounds. Plus, most women gain pounds when they start PMSing and you actually lost. AND you got to drink some wine, lol! How awesome is that???

Nooooo! 2 classes of wine can't do that. Hang in there! I am like 4 pounds away from my goal and swear it is harder now than ever LOL!

Don't beat yourself up, you'll get it. It took a 25 day reach before I was able to put those last 3lbs in my back pocket. Keep strong. It's yours!

I gain 600g-1.2kg during my cycle, its fluid the day after my period finishes its gone. Thats between 1-3lbs, joys of being a woman.

aww you guys are great....I am trying my best but I just dont think I can give up wine to lose weight...isnt that horrible??? Dont get me wrong, I only want to drink it once a week but will that really make such a big difference?? Tamzin...I wasnt sure if we really do retain water during out cycle or not...but I choose to believe that for now, lol. THANKS EVERYONE!!!

Hi There, Keep at it White wine is 120 Calories per glass but that shouldn't be a factor most weight lost happens first week then you get into a routine example is my first week I lost 6kg since then in the 3 weeks following I have lost a total of 4kg so in total over 4 weeks 10kg....Keep at it
