I was 18.5 stone 3 years ago. and I've managed to get down too 12.5 stone with a 27.5% body fat. this has taken a very long time with quite a few set backs. I have been vegetarian for the last 3 years and switched to a vegan diet two months ago. it has completely changed my life. bursting with energy from the minute a wake up. I dont feel tired anymore. I burn fat very fast. I feel i can go on and on with exercise. I'm never bloated I always feel healthy. theres no going back now exercise and healthy eating everyday. #veganbeast

That's wonderful! I've been vegetarian for just over two years now and contemplating making the transition early this year. Great to see some people here who are thriving on it!

It's the best choice I've made with my diet so far. It's hard at first but with a little research and a couple of cookbooks you can make big changes. I watched a documentary called game changers it's on YouTube. It really inspired me to make the change.
