Time to update:
Earlier this month I turned 60!
I have had to eliminate 8 more food items, this year. Honey, blueberries, green tea, cherries( so no fruit what so ever for me), olives, sunflower anything, nutmeg and chocolate. Chocolate is by far the hardest for me. It’s not that I eat a lot of it but I do like a small piece after dinner. One of my symptoms is weight gain... so that’s just part of my problem. I also get hives, so it’s like the scarlet letter saying look I ate something I’m not supposed to.
Eating is very frustrating what is normally healthy for most, isn’t for me. I can eat bread and dairy all I want.. just no fruit or nuts, tomatoes, zucchini or cucumbers. The list just keeps getting longer.
I have tried many different things to get over this problem but so far nothing helps.
I’m not giving up!
